Presently, we ship to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon & Wyoming.

The following shipping and legal disclaimer applies to all other states not listed above:

Title to, and ownership of wine purchased from this website passes to the purchaser in the State of California. The risk of loss for all purchased items also passes from winesfrombaja.com to the purchaser in the same manner and at the same time title passes to the purchaser. Winesfrombaja.com does not convey or intimate the right of any person to transport beverage alcohol across any state border. The purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of his or her wine from California to his or her home state. At the purchaser’s request, winesfrombaja.com will arrange delivery of the wine. In doing so, winesfrombaja.com is providing a service acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service, the purchaser represents that he or she is acting in a manner compliant with his or her state and local laws regarding the purchase, transport and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he or she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine, is legally entitled to take quantities ordered, and certifies that he or she is at least 21 years of age. Although shipping charges are calculated real-time as you shop in our cart. Here you can find estimated shipping charges to your location. Our warehouse/fulfillment offices are located in Napa, CA, so the following charts apply using that location as base.

Remember that these are only estimated ground shipping charges, and can vary real-time depending on your order. You can get the exact shipping costs by entering everything in the shopping cart and then checking out without payment, (you will see the refelcted real shipping costs there):

• Pick & Pack Fees
• Transportation Liability Coverage (up to $100 of retail value)
• On any address correction or change while in transit, a fee of $20 will be billed for re-routing courier purposes.

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from us. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from us are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
